Intelligent Synchronisation Between Harvester and Truck

A key challenge in salt harvesting is synchronising the movement of two vehicles: the harvester and the collection truck. As the harvester scrapes and lifts salt via conveyor belts into its side bins, a truck with multiple compartments travels in parallel to collect the salt. Without real-time communication, operators must constantly adjust speed manually to stay in sync—a process that can be inefficient and error-prone.

To solve this, we integrated Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) into both the harvester and the truck. These HMIs display real-time speed data from both vehicles, allowing operators to easily match speeds and ensure smooth transfer of salt with minimal loss. In addition, operators can monitor system performance, view diagnostics, and track pressure values at a glance.

Drilling Equipment Telematics

A leading OEM of drilling machinery turned to us for a telematics solution that provides full visibility and remote access to their equipment systems. By integrating the CrossLink TG, we enabled deep monitoring and data analytics across the vehicle’s entire operation.

With Enterprise Connect, we extended support for the OEM’s Service and Maintenance division, allowing for remote troubleshooting and over-the-air software updates. In addition, Smart Connect gives local access to live data for operators working in the vicinity, empowering smarter decision-making on-site.

This powerful IoT solution boosts uptime, extends machine life, and ensures critical system updates and diagnostics are always within reach.

Tool Implement Control System

For an implement OEM, we built a dedicated tool control system that integrates a CCpilot VI display, controller, and joystick. Operators can manage all primary functions easily from the in-cab interface while capturing vital data from field operations.

Using Smart Connect, system usage and production metrics—like weights handled—are automatically logged and sent to a custom cloud platform. The cloud solution also supports predictive maintenance and real-time troubleshooting, providing full visibility over the equipment lifecycle.

This IoT-enabled setup enhances productivity, prevents overloading, and streamlines service management—all in a fully connected environment.

Truck Tipping System Monitoring

In the heavy transport sector, a provider of tipping hydraulic systems partnered with us to create a smart monitoring solution for trucks and fleet operators.

We deployed CrossFire IX, Smart Connect, and Enterprise Connect to collect and transmit operational data, including tipping angles, weights moved, and events outside system specifications. This data gives OEMs, fleet managers, and service teams critical insights into system health and usage patterns.
