• A Sealed Bus Bar is a power distribution that eliminates corroded connection points and the potential for intermittent connections in the system. The Automotive Bus Bar’s main function is to transport and distribute power from the battery to the device. All integrated connections mate with Deutsch sealed automotive connectors to provide up to 60A or 100A bus connection points. The Trombetta family of sealed bus bars have an operating temperature range of -40C to 125C and are made for extreme duty conditions.

  • The hall-effect rotational sensor, referred to as ‘the device’, transmits the sensed angle of rotation over a CAN network. This device uses a 6-pin Molex MX150 dual row style connector (Molex 33482-3601 equivalent). This device offers configurable zero point, deadband, and rotation limits for easier system integration. The configurations for the device are retained through power cycles. This device also offers configurable positive rotation direction using the addressing pins. The addressing pins also change the CAN-ID of the device, allowing multiple devices to be used on the same CAN network.

  • This output module provides 8 outputs rated for 13A and 4 outputs rated for 3A, each with short circuit and over load protection as well as open load detection. It has an 8V – 32V operating voltage range, LED output status for all 12 outputs, utilises sealed automotive connectors and is potted to protect in very harsh conditions.

  • The 2 Output 4 Input Module is a digital sourcing system that can be configured and customized to ensure a smooth communication between the line of network and transferring of date, while maintaining the power loads and the overall control of a system. The CAN Communication Module uses a 12-pin sealed Deutsch connector (DT04-12PA equivalent). All outputs on this module may be configured as a sourcing digital output or a PWM Output. All inputs on this module may be configured as a sourcing digital input, a 32V analog input, a 4-20mA current-reading analog input, or 0-5V ratio metric input. This module uses J1939 Proprietary Peer-to-Peer Messaging. 

  • This output module provides 20 3A outputs with short circuit and overload protection as well as open load detection. It is available in J1939 or CANopen and features software configurable baud rates, an 8V – 32V operating voltage, and a rugged sealed enclosure with integrated automotive style connectors.

  • The 6 Input Module is a digital sourcing system that can be configured and customised to ensure a smooth communication between the line of network and transferring of date, while maintaining the power loads and the overall control of a system. This Industrial CAN Module uses a 12-pin sealed Deutsch connector (DT04-12PA equivalent). All 6 inputs on this module may be configured as either a sourcing digital input, a 32V analog input, a 4-20mA current-reading input, a 0-5V ratio metric input, or a frequency-reading input. This module uses J1939 proprietary Peer-to-Peer Messaging.
